In order to address port congestion and to improve the overall efficiency of supply chain logistics operations, International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) spearheaded the online-based One-Stop Terminal Appointment Booking System (TABS) for container trucks plying the vital port area of Manila and surrounding roads. PageOnesupported the program with a multi-sectoral communications campaign to ensure its successful implementation through multi-stakeholder acceptance and assimilation. The PR program won a Grand Anvil from the PRSP.
